We've made it easier for you to join Shiawassee HOG Chapter, or renew your membership. Use our PDF membership form and fill it out online. Here's how:

• •Click the above button for the Membership Form.
• •All black lines are fill-in areas, just use your mouse, click and type. Tab to move between areas.
• •The Chapter Database is a check box—click yes or no and a check mark will be entered for you.
• •Make sure everything you typed is correct. PLEASE double check your email address (this is used for updates between newsletters).
• •Hit the print key (Look for the printer icon at the top of the page)

Then bring your completed form + attachment to a Chapter event or drop it off at Shiawassee Sports. It can also be mailed to the Sports Center. (11901 N Beyer Rd, Birch Run MI 48415).

Local dues are $20/person per year. National HOG Membership is required to join any local HOG chapter. If you purchase a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a one-year membership is issued with the bike.

Otherwise you must complete an application to become a National HOG member. Applications are available at Shiawassee Sports Center, by calling 1-800-CLUB-HOG, or online at HOG National.

The Shiawassee H.O.G. Chapter holds Chapter meetings the third Wednesday of the month (winter months only). We also meet alternating weeks year round for Dinner or Breakfast. For more information and other event details, check our online calendar
